Athletics
Academics are clearly viewed as the highest priority at Pretty River Academy without exception. However, the school fosters the whole student by offering a diverse athletic and outdoor education program focusing on activities which promote healthy active living for a lifetime.
Elementary and High School students compete in team sports such as soccer and basketball in Simcoe County. They also partake in activities such as hiking and snowshoeing which they can enjoy for the entire duration of their adult life.
Our school was founded on the premise that a student's education should extend beyond that of the classroom. Our natural campus setting provides an ideal environment in which individuals can discover their strengths and limitations while learning a variety of life skills. Outdoor expeditions take place in a variety of settings.
Pretty River Academy has also created an atmosphere where elite athletes can train with corresponding academic support to achieve all of their goals.
