Dr. Lorna MacDougall B.Sc., MDCM - Chairperson
Dr. MacDougall has been a patron of Pretty River Academy since it's founding in 1998. Dr. MacDougall graduated from McGill Medical School and has been a physician in the community since 1991. With a general practice in Creemore in addition to providing services , including anesthesia, at both Collingwood and Meaford Hospitals. Dr. MacDougall also provides service in developing countries on a regular basis. Dr. MacDougall has been a Director at Pretty River Academy since 2003 and Chairperson since 2005.

Carol Benson - Secretary
Carol Benson has been involved with the Pretty River Academy Parent Association and Duke of Edinburgh Awards Programme for the past seven years. Carol has a son presently attending Pretty River Academy as well as another child who has graduated from Pretty River Academy and moved on to university. Carol has worked for the Government of Ontario and within the private sector; she currently operates a family owned business in the Collingwood area. Carol also sits on the Board of Directors for the Blue Mountain Special Olympics Alpine Race Team.
