Leadership
Pretty River Academy fosters a happy and healthy learning environment. This atmosphere allows students to feel safe in challenging themselves, and comfortable in taking the chances necessary to grow. Students are encouraged to take a leadership role in their education, in the school, and in their community.
Mobile Classes
Pretty River Academy's campus is located near the base of a World Biosphere Reserve. Students have access to the shores of Georgian Bay, the Niagara Escarpment and the Bruce and Georgian Trails. The surroundings offer extensive outdoor experiential learning opportunities. Pretty River Academy's close proximity to urban centres provides further opportunities to enrich student experiences.
Beyond the Classroom
Pretty River Academy offers a wide range of elective programs. These programs allow students to challenge themselves physically and creatively. Experts in our community help to run special interest groups. This provides students the opportunity to learn, while setting and attaining long-term goals.
