Privacy of Information Policy
Pretty River Academy is a unique family of students, graduates, parents, both current and past, faculty, staff and friends of the school. The bonds amongst all constituents of Pretty River Academy are continuously strengthened through the free exchange of information in school publications and other special events.
Any information gathered through these exchanges or through school registration is used solely to engage the Pretty River Academy community with their school or with each other. Pretty River Academy is committed to protecting the personal information of each and every individual involved with the school.
Information is stored in a confidential database and in secured files located on-site at Pretty River Academy. This information is never released, sold or shared with any organization outside of Pretty River Academy. Any constituent in the Pretty River Academy family is welcome to view his/her personal file upon request.
